All AI Impact Partners projects are billed under the following schedule:
50% upon project kickoff, prior to the execution of any deliverables. This payment confirms the allocation of team capacity and formally initiates the agreed-upon timeline.
50% upon delivery, once the final deliverable has been presented and the client has completed the formal acceptance process.
All invoices are issued in US dollars (USD) from USA. Accepted payment methods and billing details are communicated directly to the client upon formalization of the proposal.
The scope of each project is defined in the commercial proposal presented to the client, which must be approved and signed by both parties before work begins. Any requests outside the approved scope are handled as an addendum with a separate quote.
The deliverable acceptance process includes a joint review in which the client validates that the implemented AI systems meet the stated objectives as defined in the approved proposal.
AI Impact Partners does not issue refunds once services have been rendered and the deliverable has been formally accepted by the client.
We offer an unconditional guarantee on our deliverables. This means that, as long as the project remains within the approved and signed scope, we will make all necessary adjustments — at no additional cost — until the implemented AI systems meet the objectives defined in the proposal.
What this guarantee covers:
Technical, configuration, or performance adjustments to the delivered systems. Iterations on deliverables until the KPIs or objectives agreed upon in the project scope are achieved.
What this guarantee does not cover:
Scope changes or features not included in the original approved proposal. Requests that exceed the objectives defined and signed off by the client.
If the client believes a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon objectives, they must submit a written notification within 10 business days of delivery. The AI Impact Partners team will evaluate the request against the approved scope and coordinate the necessary iterations to achieve compliance.
